Explosives, gas leakage, and fire accidents are very dangerous and lead to loss of lives and serious injuries. Recent advancements in sensor approaches, microcontrollers, and the Internet of Things (IoT) have facilitated the development of effective strategies for implementing detection and prevention processes. An IoT-based system that monitors and regulates ‘liquefied petroleum gas’ (LPG), which is frequently used in most households and certain companies for cooking and other uses, is presented in this article. The objective of this system is to avoid participation in fire events that are caused by gas leakage. The Node MCU acts as the system's controller, gathering data from the MQ-2 sensors to calculate gas concentrations and flame sensors to detect the presence of flames. Its operation calls for actions that minimize hazards in light of data sensed by detectors. The Blynk application allows users to receive notifications about gas leaks, remotely monitor gas concentration, and control fire protection devices. The technology can allow users to watch the gas concentration in parts per million on their cell phone and take appropriate actions from a distance. Users also receive notifications to keep them informed. These notifications also keep users informed. This system provides one of the best solutions for early detection of gas leaks in various settings, thereby enhancing safety.

摘要
