ZB gas storage, in western Sichuan, is the first large-scale one to support seasonal peak regulation and enhance interconnection. 3D seismic survey has been deployed in the ZB buried structure in order to obtain the detailed information of its construction. It is difficult to obtain high quality data because of complicated structure, a large of obstacles and lots of disturbance in survey area. Before data acquisiton, some pilot tests have been done to optimize design and technology. Some optimized geometry design and vibration parameters are implemented in urban district. Meanwhile, noise sources in survey area are investigated. In order to achieve good result, in the main geological structure area, mixed dynamite and vibroseis exploration with high fold are acquired simultaneously. This project could be a good example for the 3D seismic acquisition in urban district and the areas covered with Quaternary gravel.
