This article presents the results of theoretical research investigating the influence of mechanical spring stiffness on truck vibrations using Matlab Simulink software combined with experiments to verify the theoretical model. Thereby, the author evaluates based on the average value of vehicle body acceleration when surveying the speed of 60 km/h on road profile D according to ISO 8608:2016 standards. Research results show that spring stiffness is appropriate when the car is carrying a full load, ensuring dynamic safety, increasing the durability of parts, and increasing the average life of the car.

摘要

This article presents the results of theoretical research investigating the influence of mechanical spring stiffness on truck vibrations using Matlab Simulink software combined with experiments to verify the theoretical model. Thereby, the author evaluates based on the average value of vehicle body acceleration when surveying the speed of 60 km/h on road profile D according to ISO 8608:2016 standards. Research results show that spring stiffness is appropriate when the car is carrying a full load, ensuring dynamic safety, increasing the durability of parts, and increasing the average life of the car.
