Structural Optimization Analysis of Stem Filament Wind Separator Based on CFD
摘要
The profitability of the enterprise is directly influenced by the separation efficiency of cut tobacco. This paper presents a computational fluid dynamics-based simulation model and analysis for a site pneumatic sliver classifier used in cut tobacco, proposing a novel Z-shaped classification tube to address the issue of insufficient separation of cut tobacco and sliver in existing classification pipe. Compared to the original design, the Z-shaped pipe demonstrates enhanced air blocking capability and reduced flow rate within it. By facilitating continuous collision between mixtures and the tube wall, this configuration significantly improves the efficiency of separating cut tobacco-stem mixtures.
