This study develops a SIMPACK simulation model for wind-thermal units to acquire critical dynamic load data. Utilizing this data, a dynamic Vine Copula model was constructed to describe the dynamic correlations between multiple failure modes. The reliability of the wind turbine transmission system was analyzed using this model, and the overall system reliability was calculated. The results indicate that this method effectively analyzes the reliability of the wind turbine transmission system, providing valuable insights for future integrated energy dispatch and demonstrating the practicality of the Vine Copula-based method in reliability analysis.
