With the continuous improvement of informationization, MBD (Model-Based Definition) technology has made three-dimensional digital models an important basis in the production process, greatly promoting the development of computer-aided technologies such as CAD (Computer-Aided Design), CAM (Computer-Aided Manufacturing), and CAIP (Computer-Aided Industrial Photography). However, traditional CAIP systems rely on manual planning when generating sampling points, which is inefficient. To address this issue, this paper proposes a collision-free detection path generation method for complex structural parts. This method can automatically plan measurement paths and perform collision avoidance. Not only does this improve the efficiency of production inspection, but it also meets the modern enterprise's demand for automated production inspection, contributing to the intelligentization and automation of the production process.

摘要
