Ratu Bhasma: A Stakeholder Collaboration Model on Quality Tourism Destination Planning at Babahan Village, Bali Province of Indonesia

After the COVID-19 pandemic, rural tourism proliferated, with outdoor leisure becoming a popular tourist activity. Tourists take in the scenery to connect with nature while simultaneously feeling happy. Stakeholders’ collaboration aims to uncover the possibilities of uniqueness and different sensational tourism destinations, which is essential for developing quality tourism destinations. It is worth developing tourist destinations to reach visitors’ happiness. For this reason, a model high-quality tourism destination in the Bali Province has been planned, which is the master plan of the “RATU BHASMA” tourist attraction area in Babahan Village, Tabanan District. “RATU BHASMA” master plan is prepared collaboratively by tourism stakeholders in Babahan Village, such as academicians, local business people, farmers, Kelompok Sadar Wisata Babahan Lestari, the leadership of the Babahan Village, public personalities, social media, and others. To create diverse tourism attractions and appeal to the target market of travelers who seek authentic happiness, the RATU BHASMA tourism area was expanded into numerous zones. RATU BHASMA-SPIRIT, RATU BHASMA-RICE, RATU BHASMA-WATER, RATU BHASMA-TREK, and RATU BHASMA-CAMP are among the rulers of the region. The five areas of tourist attraction are intended to give visitors an impressive and unforgettable tourism experience so they will return to Babahan tourist village in the future.
