This paper introduces an approach to identifying birds using neural network to analyze the vocalizations of these birds. An audio recording of chirping by these birds transforms the sounds into spectrograms that are visual representation of how frequency and amplitude vary over time, therefore allowing for a more profound acoustic analysis. These are the inputs to the convolutional neural network, designed to capture features and patterns.
