The background of English-Chinese terminology automatic translation technology is to meet the needs of cross-language communication in the context of globalization, realize accurate and fast translation of English-Chinese terms through natural language processing and machine learning methods, and promote information circulation and subject communication. In today’s society, the technical error rate of automatic translation of English-Chinese terms is high and the accuracy rate is low, which greatly increases the burden of translation work. The K-means algorithm in machine learning is an effective automatic translation technology for English-Chinese terms. In this paper, the K-means algorithm automatic translation system is adopted, which greatly improves the accuracy of the automatic translation of English-Chinese terms, thereby reducing the error rate of the automatic translation technology of English-Chinese terms. Experimental data show that the K-means algorithm is not only easy to operate, but also has a high accuracy of 95.47%.
