The patient, a 32-year-old male worker, accidentally slipped his left hand while pulling a horizontal bar and was suspended in the air by gripping the horizontal bar with his right hand, resulting in dislocation of the right shoulder joint (Fig. 8.1). He was successfully repositioned using foot pedal traction technique in the emergency department of the local hospital. Two months later, the right shoulder joint experienced dislocation again, and CT examination showed bony Bankart injury and right glenoid bone defect (Fig. 8.2). Latarjet surgery was performed on the right shoulder joint. Two screws were used to fix the coracoid process bone block (Fig. 8.3), and postoperative functional rehabilitation was performed. Three months later, shoulder joint function returned to normal, and 1 year later, except for mild discomfort, there were no special symptoms in the shoulder joint. Before admission, suddenly felt pain and swelling in the right shoulder joint while moving a weight of 20 kg. and went to the hospital for emergency treatment. The X-ray examination revealed that two screws fixing the transplanted bone block were broken and displaced (Fig. 8.4). After admission, he underwent shoulder joint revision surgery.
