Errors in Diagnosis and Treatment of Humerus Macrotuberous Fracture and Countermeasures
摘要
The patient, a 62-year-old female, was accidentally knocked down while riding a bicycle and suffered anterior dislocation of the shoulder joint. The emergency department was treated in the local county hospital without imaging examination. The doctor on duty performed pedal pull manipulation. No imaging review was performed after the operation, and the suspension of the triangle towel was applied. Three weeks after the injury, the patient still had shoulder pain, swelling and limited outreach activities, and went to the hospital outpatient clinic again.
