Rotator Cuff Perioperative Pain Factors and Strategies
摘要
The patient, a 59-year-old male, presented with a history of right shoulder joint pain and limited mobility for over six months. Physical activities exacerbate his symptoms, to the point of disrupting daily rest. While conservative treatments provided temporary relief, symptoms recurred persistently [1]. In the past month, the patient reported increased pain upon abduction and elevation of the right shoulder joint. Additionally, the patient has a medical history of diabetes.
