Errors and Countermeasures in Suspension Fixation of Distal Bone Fracture with Coracoclavian Loop Plate
摘要
The use of plate or coracoclavicular loop plate suspension fixation for distal clavicle fractures is a commonly used surgical method by scholars both domestically and internationally [1, 2], but postoperative loop rupture is relatively rare. The reason for loop rupture may be related to early excessive exercise. Although the loop has good mechanical properties, repeated micromovements and wear can easily cause loop fracture.
