Based on the BP neural network, the real-time evaluation of the health status of the drive motor of the power part of the scraper conveyor was studied. Firstly, the neural network model is established based on 500 sets of historical operating data as the training group, then 12 sets of data are extracted to verify the accuracy of the model, and finally the actual value and predicted value of the driving motor running time are obtained through the simulation software.

摘要

Based on the BP neural network, the real-time evaluation of the health status of the drive motor of the power part of the scraper conveyor was studied.
