The interest in nanocatalyzed transformations has increased considerably in recent years with the design and synthesis of nanostructured heterogeneous catalysts because of their selectivity, sustainability, and high catalytic efficiency under environmentally benign reaction conditions. We have directed our efforts toward the nanocatalyzed organic transformations leading to the syntheses of multitarget molecules with structural diversity. The present chapter includes systematic update information relating to the nanocatalyzed multicomponent reactions used in the construction of structurally diverse molecules with privileged heterocycles. The reaction mechanisms involving catalytic facilitation with the interaction of nanostructured catalysts with the reacting molecules have also been presented. The chapter contributes considerably not only to the organic syntheses and catalyzes but also to the drug discovery research including pharmaceutical and biomedical research in exploring the future opportunity in drug syntheses.

摘要
