Fillers enhance renewable synthetic polymers to reduce environmental impact, a growing concern among people. Due to its sustainability and environmental consideration, the green composite is preferable. Improving material filler and manufacturing activity increased material to use with traditional polymer composites. The reinforcing material’s dimensions were within the nanocomposites’ nanometer range. As a result of the incorporation of nanoparticles, the combustibility of the polymer matrix was significantly reduced, and it did not lose its transparent quality. The interface within the matrix and the filler’s dispersion, two fundamental aspects of nanocomposite characteristics, were improved by the chemical treatment applied to the material’s surface. The essential advantage of using nanoscale fillers rather than micro-scale fillers is the creation of unique, cutting-edge material tailored to the geometries of the particles. Utilizing nanofillers may improve the material’s mechanical and physical attributes, extending the shelf life of food goods by shielding them from oxidation processes, adverse impacts, and humidity. Among other things, the nanofiller is a nanocrystal with adsorption capabilities. The primary subjects covered in this chapter are the selection of a nanocomposite, the many types of nanofillers, potential and environmental issues, the law, health, and safety. 摘要

Finally, based on the overall observation, inferences are drawn.
