In this paper, we analyze industrial trends focusing on domestic and overseas urban air mobility (UAM) to create a successful industrial ecosystem for special-purpose manned and unmanned drones, which are manned and unmanned drones weighing more than 150 kg and up to 3,175 kg excluding fuel. Through this, the necessity and direction of creating an industrial ecosystem for special-purpose manned and unmanned drones were derived. In addition, the need to build a testing facility and test certification infrastructure for special-purpose medium-sized and large-sized manned and unmanned drones was presented in addition to the existing mid-sized and small-sized drone testing and research facilities.

摘要
