Power supply enterprises are responsible for providing electricity services to a large number of users, and safety risks may lead to power supply interruptions, causing serious impacts on people’s lives, work, and social operations. Therefore, safety risk prevention for power supply enterprises is crucial. This article proposes a multi-level intelligent assessment model for power supply enterprises’ safety status and provides four risk states, namely: determining the risk state of the enterprise based on personnel responsibility, determining the risk state of the enterprise based on operational process management, identifying the risk state of the enterprise through input of human resource allocation, and identifying the risk state of the enterprise through input of equipment asset condition. This article provides multi-level intelligent evaluation technology for safety status of power supply enterprises, dynamic warning technology, and holographic display technology. We regularly conduct dynamic analysis of multi-level safety risks in power supply enterprises, compare them with historical risks, comprehensively assess the changing trend of safety risks in a certain power supply enterprise, and provide early warnings, providing a comprehensive solution for the prevention of safety risks in power supply enterprises.
