The existing clutch oil ferrography analysis in the ferrograph test, due to the lubricating oil in the test tube for a long time and other reasons, the wear particles in the lubricating oil are easy to precipitate and adsorb on the inner wall of the test tube, the extraction mechanism can not extract the wear particles, affecting the test results of digital ferrography analysis and detection. Aiming at the category of clutch slip characteristics, this paper studies the detection means and device based on the ferrography analysis of clutch slip characteristics under the background of computer, including the body of detection ferrography analysis, its principle and detection method.

摘要
