The generalized bilinear system is a special kind of nonlinear differential algebraic system. It is a mathematical model derived from the description of many phenomena in the process of physics, biology, economy, ecology, etc. It has a certain practical application background. In addition, with the rapid development of computer technology, discrete systems have attracted the attention of the engineering community. In that, the study of discrete singular bilinear systems has certain practical significance. Based on Lyapunov stability theory, this paper extends and generalizes it. Combined with the structural characteristics of time-delayed discrete singular bilinear systems, the guaranteed cost control problem of the system is studied by using linear matrix inequality method and set constraint method. The research results can provide theoretical support for practical applications.
