The finite-time passive control problem of a class of nonlinear systems with T-S fuzzy models was studied, considering both time-delay and external disturbance effects. Firstly, by constructing appropriate Lyapunov functions, utilizing linear matrix inequalities and matrix scaling methods, sufficient conditions for finite-time boundedness of nonlinear singular systems are given, on this basis, sufficient conditions were studied to ensure that the closed-loop system is bounded in finite-time and meets the passive performance index, and a specific design method for the controller was obtained. The proposed method can maintain the system state within a predetermined boundary for a finite-time, and numerical examples demonstrate the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed method.
