In recent years, with the outbreak of new coronary pneumonia and the spread of influenza A cases, people’s attention to microbial contamination has risen to unprecedented heights. Scholars are committed to finding a chemical with broad-spectrum antibacterial effects and low harm to people to prevent the spread of microbial pollutants and prevent the spread of infectious diseases. On the one hand, spirocyclic compounds open up new fields for the development of antimicrobial agents, and on the other hand, the graph indexes are a topological index closely related to the physical, chemical and biological properties of the compound. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the topological indexes of spirocyclic compounds. This paper mainly studies the vertex-Gutman index and graph-Gutman index of the three bits of six-membered ring spiro chains.
