Based on zonal project on the Tyumen formation in the West Siberian OGP, methodological recommendations were developed: • The basic principles of facies analysis based on seismic data were formulated; • A standard workflow for facies analysis was compiled; • The main signature of the wave field characteristic of typical facies for continental sediments were described; • The applicability of machine learning methods for regional work is evaluated.
