In today's world, the waste plastic materials used by humans are having a serious impact on the environment. We are experiencing air pollution, water pollution and soil damage due to waste plastic materials. Therefore, efforts are being made to reduce the use of waste plastic materials by recycling them and using them repeatedly. Now, waste plastic materials are mixed with wood powder to produce composite materials. Wood Plastic Composites are used as floors and as roof panels and it is also used as furniture. Collecting teak sawdust to use as wood powder and drying and grinding of waste plastics. After measuring the solubility of plastic powder, it was found that waste plastic (R-PE) is 120 ℃ and (P-PE) is 115 ℃. The melting point of MAPP used as a coupling agent is 75 ℃. 500 µm was used to select the size of plastic powder and sawdust for making composite board. Boards were tested by mixing 500 µm fine plastic powder and teak sawdust in 1:1, 2:1, 3:1 ratios and using different temperatures (140, 160, 180 ℃). At 160 ℃, composite boards were obtained, and then two types of Recycled PE and Pure PE were tested. According to the quality measurements of the obtained composite boards, it was found that there was little difference. Composite boards made of Recycled PE and Pure PE were found to have the best ratio of plastic powder and teak sawdust (3:1) in bending strength (psi), impact strength (KJ/m2) and density (g/cm3). According to the tests, the use of MAPP (Coupling Agent) based on sawdust was found to be better. We continued testing using 3, 6 and 9% MAPP, based on the weight of sawdust. It was found that the tested composite board with 3% MAPP had better physical properties and mechanical properties.
