A quest for sustainable aircraft drives academic and industrial research to establish innovative technology, and operating techniques that to reduce carbon emissions. Innovative advancements in shape optimization, light-weight structures and materials, and retrofit production systems significantly impacted on emission level. A recent study reveals that the application of such innovative technologies is captive of reducing environmental impact. This paper presents a statistical meta-analysis of transport aircraft emission monitoring was used to conduct the comprehensive survey. This paper aims to obtain statistical emission model of transport aircraft and compare a regression performance among it. A comparative analysis of regression approach which was performed using Symmetrical Mean Absolute Percentage Error (SMAPE) method. The proposed model predicts that wide-body aircraft emits less emission as compared to narrow-body and regional aircraft. Overall, the findings of the study indicate that using the emission model to forecast the carbon emission level influence emerging technologies and its future insights.
