From an Islamic perspective, transportation should uphold values of fairness, safety, and efficiency, guided by Maqasid Shariah. The study identifies key challenges faced by women, such as workplace discrimination, safety concerns, and lack of work-life balance, which hinder their full participation and growth in the industry. Strategies for addressing these issues include implementing inclusive policies, enhancing safety measures, promoting flexible work arrangements, and fostering an inclusive corporate culture. Additionally, halal executives can play a pivotal role by aligning organizational values with Islamic principles to promote gender equality. Addressing these disparities can enhance corporate performance and innovation, making gender inclusivity a strategic imperative for sustainable growth in the sector.
