Research on the Architecture of Distributed Hardware-in-the-Loop Simulation System Based on RTX
摘要
The Hardware-in-the-loop Simulation of aerial guided munition plays a very important role in the analysis of accuracy, verification and evaluation of its guidance and control system. In this paper, we present a distributed simulation architecture based on a star-shaped VMIC real-time network, on this simulation platform, making the functions independent of the main simulation computer and constituting an injection computer reduces the computational pressure on the main simulation computer. The overall technical solution of the software adopts “Windows + RTX” to meet the real-time performance and uses three-tier software architecture of “board driver layer + real-time task layer + UI interface layer “ to form a multi-process software system in the same computer which is different from the traditional form of upper and lower computer. The architecture has the following characteristics: The bottom board driver layer is modular and highly reusable; the middle real-time task layer includes protocol parsing, etc. to meet real-time performance; the top UI interface layer meets the needs of user interaction, and can be developed in the direction of universality and configurability. In the best case, only the real-time task layer software needs to be developed again for a different imitated object, which can improve the development efficiency, reduce the development time, reduce the development cost, and improve the quality of the software. This architecture has been verified in engineering application, and can meet the needs of practical engineering, and is stable and reliable.
