Research on the Technology of Fusion-Based VOR Navigation/Approach Function Control Law Algorithm

Automatic VOR Navigation and Automatic VOR Approach is a very important automatic control function. These two functions design respectively which will increase the complexity of the control, and considering the principle of these two functions are similar, how to integrate the design becomes the key design. In this paper, a set of control law algorithm is used to take into account the functions of remote VOR navigation and near-range VOR control. Through theoretical analysis, it is concluded that the core of VOR control is the control yaw angle and VOR deviation angle. In order to make the aircraft trajectory line have good progressive effect, the control law architecture is designed. A low-pass filter is designed for low frequency and high amplitude jump noise of the actual VOR signal, which can improve the system control response while ensuring the effect of filtering noise. The simulation results show that the designed VOR control law can meet the requirements of function and performance.
