Research on the Evolution of Behavior Strategy of Agent Swarm Game in Random Interference Environment

Aiming at the decision-making problem in the process of autonomous air combat game of agent cluster under random interference environment, based on the framework of evolutionary game theory, the theoretical derivation and characteristic analysis of the evolution process of maneuver behavior strategy of agent cluster are carried out. Firstly, the evolution process of unmanned swarm air combat game is analyzed, and it is pointed out that there may be decision-making risk in the process of air combat due to the interference of complex battlefield random environment. Secondly, the decision-making risk and mechanism that affect the agent cluster caused by the interference of complex battlefield random environment are discussed, and the evolutionary game mathematical model of the maneuver behavior strategy of the agent cluster air combat game under random interference environment is established. Finally, the influence of multiple factors on the evolution of maneuvering decision-making behavior of agent swarm air combat in random interference environment is analyzed by numerical simulation. Based on this, reasonable suggestions for effective response strategy selection in unmanned swarm combat are given.
