Research on Velocity Measurement Method Based on Non-contact Electrical Impedance Detection
摘要
The electrical impedance information of the fluid is obtained by the non-contact sensor, and the fluid velocity is obtained based on mutual correlation theory. The flow rate measurement system was built, and measurement experiment of the fluid velocity was carried out in the form of bubble flow fluid under horizontal glass tubes with inner diameter of 2.48 mm, 3.64 mm and 4.52 mm respectively. The data were sorted out and errors were calculated with high accuracy. Verify the feasibility and accuracy of cross correlation measurement theory in velocity measurement.
