Load Based Cargo Door Lifting Mechanism Scheme Analysis and Actuating Structure Tradeoff

The design method of cargo door actuation system is introduced, and a wind load calculation method based on variable drag coefficient method is established from the perspective of load evaluation of lifting mechanism. Based on the space limitation of a certain project, multiple actuation architectures are established, and the load of different architectures is weighed by dynamic analysis method to obtain optimized actuation architectures, and the power and space are minimized. Quantitative and qualitative analysis is carried out in terms of maintainability, reliability and weight, so as to provide the basis for the architectural tradeoff of different requirements.
