Seismic Risk Analysis of Prof. Ir. KRMT Wreksodiningrat Bridge Structure Using Fragility Curve Development Based on Pushover Method

Earthquakes are a significant threat to infrastructure stability, especially in Indonesia, which is located on the Pacific Ring of Fire. This study examines the resilience of bridge structures against seismic loads. Utilizing pushover analysis, the research aims to identify the potential damage levels that may occur. The study employs finite element package software for modeling and load application. Pushover loads are applied in two directions: the x-axis (longitudinal) and the y-axis (transversal). The results include capacity curves and capacity spectra, which are derived from the capacity curves. These results are then processed into fragility curves that show the probability of damage levels due to earthquakes. The findings indicate that the yield point of the structure under x-direction loads occurs at the 11th step, with a displacement value of 0.33708 m and a base shear value of 180,197.32 kN. In the y-direction, the displacement and base shear values at the yield point are 1.4091 m and 44,410.8 kN, respectively. Based on the fragility curve obtained for the maximum earthquake acceleration in the Yogyakarta area (Sa = 0.4575), the damage conditions for the x-direction seismic fragility curve for slight, moderate, extensive, and complete damage levels are 0.0872%, 0.0036%, 0.0020%, and 0.0000%, respectively. For the y-direction seismic fragility curve under maximum earthquake conditions, the damage levels are 99.6563%, 92.4147%, 74.9200%, and 19.1979%, respectively.
