Sustainable Drainage Planning to Prevent Flooding in Karanganyar District: A Multicriteria Study
摘要
Flooding is caused by several factors such as poor drainage systems. Conventional drainage is still widely applied in various regions and causes flooding due to the inability to accommodate rainwater discharge. The development of technology applies sustainable drainage in various countries in preventing and overcoming urban flooding. Sustainable drainage planning is expected to overcome flooding in the urban area of Karanganyar Regency. The planned sustainable drainage system is rainwater harvesting and dry bioswale. The study used rainfall data, the area used for planning, cost budget plans. The results of the study found that the budget plan for each technology is still rainwater harvesting higher than dry bioswale. Planning this sustainable drainage system can consider the economic, environmental, technical and social aspects of rainwater harvesting and dry bioswale in its application so that it is expected to prevent flooding and maintain water quality.
