This research focuses on the need for accurate extreme rainfall data in the field of hydrological engineering and water resources, especially in the Indonesian capital city (IKN). This report uses non-stationary Generalized Extreme Value (GEV) analysis to analyze TRMM satellite data, which aims to understand non-stationary extreme rainfall patterns and provide information on how extreme rainfall affects infrastructure design in the region, especially the IKN area. The methodology section provides a detailed explanation of the approach to this research, including acquisition of TRMM satellite data, integration of climate change projections, and application of the Non-stationary GEV method. The results and discussion section explains how rainfall can influence infrastructure design, so care needs to be taken in designing infrastructure, especially in the IKN area.

摘要
