Sustainable business enterprises are an essential part of economics, environment, and society. However, there are challenges to sustain such enterprises. This study explores the challenges faced by young craft business owners in Nepal to sustain their businesses. The study used qualitative research design using a case study approach. Based on the literature review and consultation with agencies, five young craft businesses were identified for the detail case study. After reviewing establishment and growth process, in-depth interviews were conducted with those five young craft business owners in Kathmandu. The study has pinpointed that a lack of skilled youth, dependency on raw materials, market acceptance, and policy barriers as major challenges faced by such organizations. This study suggests that education and awareness about craft businesses are necessary for making craft businesses resilient. The findings of this study are useful for youth, policymakers, and craft business owners.
