摘要

The rapid evolution of nutritional interventions and human-artificial intelligence (HAI) in managing polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) is changing the way nutrition science works, bringing transformative developments in health and wellness based on the AI tools humans have availed. This study explores the key role that HAI-enabled nutritional assessment plays in generating individualized dietary advice and promoting healthier lifestyles. In nutritional analysis, this image recognition and data interpretation capability of AI comes under scrutiny. With the electrification of image-based recognition systems running on complex algorithms, HAI can accurately judge food items and their nutrients. As a result, food analysis has changed radically from traditional methods. This chapter explains the far-reaching influence of HAI on personalized nutrition. Bringing together individual data and HAI algorithms, customized dietary advice is carefully crafted to match people’s specific health goals. It ensures that they can eat appropriately to monitor their health nutrition-wise more effectively. However, the challenges and opportunities in this growing field are examined. Transparency and ethical governance, ethical considerations around data privacy, and the responsible use of sensitive health-related information are critical factors that need to be weighed when it comes to AI algorithm-driven nutritional analysis. As HAI collaboration advances, this chapter explores future directions. The trends and prospects are revealed herein. It highlights the necessity of constantly improving HAI systems to surpass their current shortcomings and illustrates how it can change healthcare through precision nutrition. Finally, this chapter points to the transformative capabilities of AI for nutritional analysis and healthcare insightful lessons learned and future research directions of HAI in transforming and redefining dietary analysis paradigms, establishing individual wellness, and projecting a future where big data applications allow for nutritional programs to be tailored by working smart in a world where genetic hangovers from our families’ eating habits are no more.
