Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) is an endocrine disorder characterized by the presence of numerous ovarian cysts, abnormal hair growth, inflammation, and various symptoms. Individuals diagnosed with this condition can enhance their well-being by incorporating nutritious foods into their lifestyle. Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) is a prevalent endocrine disorder affecting reproductive-aged women, characterized by hormonal imbalances, irregular menstrual cycles, and multiple ovarian cysts. The healthcare system is changing to address the specific demands of PCOS patients by utilizing wearables and mobile applications to give them tools for making educated food choices and real-time health data. This strategy represents a break from conventional treatment methods, embracing innovation to improve the efficiency and customization of PCOS management tactics. This chapter explores the intersection of mobile applications (apps) and wearable technologies in enhancing nutrition-related aspects of PCOS management and focuses on leveraging mobile health (mHealth) solutions for personalized health monitoring, dietary guidance, and lifestyle interventions.
