In view of the limitations of the slow working speed or low efficiency of the traditional tunnel cable guidance and racking device, and it does not have the function of moving, this paper proposes a self-propelled cable guide shelving device, which can be dynamically adjusted according to the cable construction position, and completes the mechanical design scheme of the conveying device. The design of the new cable conveyor enables the cable to reach the predetermined height and position of the construction site, so as to achieve efficient cable transportation. It provides more advanced and fast means for tunnel cable construction operations, and overcomes the problems of laborious, inefficient, complex structure and inconvenient movement of traditional tunnel cable conveying devices in cable transmission.

摘要

In view of the limitations of the slow working speed or low efficiency of the traditional tunnel cable guidance and racking device, and it does not have the function of moving, this paper proposes a self-propelled cable guide shelving device, which can be dynamically adjusted according to the cable construction position, and completes the mechanical design scheme of the conveying device.
