In order to ensure the construction quality and safety of submarine cable laying, taking the construction risk of submarine cable laying construction vessel of offshore wind power project as the research object, the hidden dangers and risks of submarine cable laying construction vessel laying equipment are analyzed. First, the risk list of submarine cable laying construction vessel laying construction machine is established. Secondly, by using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, the factors risk grade and the risk evaluation grade of technology, quality, operation and environment of submarine cable laying ship motor are obtained. Finally, the risk sources and the importance of each risk are determined and analyzed. The results show that the technical risk, quality risk, operation risk and environmental risk of submarine cable laying construction ship machinery equipment are about 33%. The results can provide useful help and reference for improving the construction quality and construction safety control of submarine cable laying.
