This study explains Wi-Fi networks and security regarding wireless communication, privacy, and security concerns. This qualitative systematic review was based on academic papers in Scopus, Web of Science (WOS), and Google Scholar. The review was conducted utilizing the Prima Method in four steps. Purposive sampling has been implemented, and content analysis has been used to analyze the data. The findings show that multiple wired organizational structures can be connected using a wireless network or Wi-Fi. A wireless network can enable network connectivity, allowing employees to travel freely without restricting a physical network. The conclusion is that wireless local area network (WLAN) security is paramount to a business because WLANs are directly connected to the network that serves the firm’s heart. Wireless networks for communication, privacy, and security concerns are crucial, as are the types of threats utilized to launch an attack and the remedies to these threats. Further studies for insights into the contents to create a secure wireless network and ensure data transmission safety regarding questionnaires, interviews, and focus groups are recommended for insight results.
