Assessing the Performance of Big Data Analytics in Service Supply Chains to Enhance Quality in Micro Medium-Sized Businesses
摘要
The management of a corporation could be significantly enhanced by the use of big data. There has not been enough statistical investigation to determine the importance of large data in the malignancies of the highly functional and methodical investigations. Although managers in customer-focused enterprises acknowledge that Big Data can revolutionize their companies, they frequently lack clarity about what use cases to take into account when putting a Big Data solution into practice. Because of the distinct economic environment and globalization, small and medium-sized enterprises’ (SMEs’) survival will depend on their ability to produce greater quantities in less time, at less money, and with almost no defects. Basically, the productivity of these projects needs to increase. Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) comprise the largest group of assembly companies that provide support and assembly services to large enterprises (LEs) throughout various supply chains. Despite the fact that SMEs are becoming more involved in global business organizations, among the most pressing problems they continue to face is inefficient supply chains. Despite these challenges, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) might view supply chain management (SCM) as a crucial tool to enhance their visibility in the competitive commercial market.
