Orderly Charging Strategy Based on Total Time Minimization
摘要
Disorderly charging of large-scale electric vehicles brings multiple challenges to the power grid, such as localized overloading, electric energy pollution, and difficulty in grid regulation. In order to improve such problems, this paper addresses the habit of traditional EV owners to plan charging routes only with the goal of the shortest distance, and starts from the comprehensive planning of charging paths for EV owners, and models the charging time and the queue time of EV owners to the charging station respectively on the basis of the shortest paths, and proposes, with the goal of the shortest total time for the planning, combined with the topology model of the transportation road network, an organized charging strategy. Finally, this paper constructs the actual topological structure diagram based on the actual road network information, and simulations of various situations are carried out on this basis, and the simulation results verify the effectiveness of this paper’s strategy.
