This research focuses on the educational system of Kyrgyzstan to identify promising areas of development with the inclusion of advanced digital technologies in the educational process. To achieve this purpose, the authors used an integrated approach, including access to the analysis of official data on the educational system, a review of scientific literature, and the study of expert opinions in such areas as education and digital technologies. To successfully develop the University 4.0 model, paying attention to the following important aspects is recommended. First, it is necessary to improve competence in educational innovations and effective practices in the field of digital technologies among heads of educational organizations, teachers, and students. Second, it is recommended that the government and educational institutions expand their partnerships for joint development and implementation of effective, innovative educational programs and projects. Third, it is necessary to promote scientific research in the education system aimed at using advanced digital technologies and teaching methods. Fourth, active interaction in the form of meetings and organization of exchange of experience and advanced knowledge in the field of University 4.0 is required. The implementation of the national strategy for the development of education focused on digital technologies and the principles of University 4.0, will allow Kyrgyzstan to realize a significant breakthrough in the field of education, ensuring the sustainable development of the country and the training of qualified specialists capable of competing successfully in the global world.
