In this research, the authors will discuss the main challenges, such as limited government funding, the need to update educational programs and utilize new technologies, and competition with other forms of education. The authors will also explore the prospects of financing educational institutions, including the search for alternative sources of funding, partnerships with the private sector, and international cooperation. In conclusion, the research emphasizes the importance of effective financial management in educational institutions and offers recommendations for overcoming challenges and achieving sustainable development. The methodology employed in this research is based on the principles of data analysis and economic data. Additionally, the authors used information on expenditures, investments, and grants in the educational sector of Kyrgyzstan over several years. Analyzing data on investments in education in the country can hold practical significance for understanding the government’s priorities and trends in education financing, as well as for assessing the impact of these investments on the development of the educational system and the improvement of its quality.
