Combination of the theory of institutionalism, technological development and the digital economy was applied, as well as the formation of labour capital and investments management. The main methods used are of empirical character. They include analysis, synthesis, observation, comparison, and the graphical method. The theoretical generalisation of the problem of the mismatch between the analysed markets was offered, and its influence on the state of the economy and the development of labour capital was substantiated. Also, the key aspects of remote investing and the creation of an intellectual vacuum concerning the needs of the digital innovative process were considered.
