Digitalization and the level of digital knowledge and skills are important components of the growth of the quality and competitiveness of products (services). These factors also allow achieving positive effects in the reduction of the mismatch between the higher education market and the labour market. The analysed countries of Central Asia (Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan) are at the stage of digital transformation of the economy and social sector (education, labour market), as well as all spheres of life activities. Its acceleration is necessary for solving important socio-economic tasks that are faced by companies, the government and the population. There is a direct positive influence of the digital institutes in these countries on dealing with the mentioned mismatch and achievement of the growth of the quality of products (services). In this study, we determine the features of the effectiveness of the impact of digital institutes in the analysed countries on the goal of reduction of the mentioned mismatch and the growth of value-added, quality and competitiveness of products (services).
