Fourier Ptychography Imaging
摘要
Fourier ptychography (FP) imaging is a groundbreaking technique that transcends the resolution limitations of traditional optical systems by leveraging computational approaches for enhanced imaging capabilities. In this chapter we offer an in-depth overview of the fundamental principles underlying FP and the algorithms involved, accompanied by insights into experimental implementation and the latest research advancements. We emphasize the wide-ranging applications of FP imaging, especially its potential in digital pathology and drug screening, while also exploring anticipated trends in the future evolution of FP imaging technology.
