With prior experience in the picklePickles business operating out of the SindhSindh region (now part of PakistanPakistan), the family gracefully transitioned their expertise to IndiaIndia following the partition. They settled in Udaipur while maintaining annual pilgrimage visits to Haridwar, Uttarakhand. During one of these visits, they decided to stop in the Mewar region to explore the land of the Rajputs and Maharana Pratap.
