This paper mainly introduces the strategies and implementation paths of the green and low-carbon transformation of enterprises in supply chain, including technological innovation, awareness enhancement, and corporate culture shaping. It also analyzes the challenges faced in the transformation process, such as technical bottlenecks, economic costs and benefits, and social acceptance, and proposes corresponding solutions and coping strategies. The paper emphasizes that integrating the concept of green and low-carbon into corporate culture and forming a good atmosphere of full participation are crucial to promoting the green and low-carbon transformation of enterprises. In addition, the paper also looks forward to the development trend of the energy and power supply chain, including the establishment of the dominant position of clean energy, the deep integration of digitalization and intelligence, etc. Finally, suggestions for industrial development strategies are provided, emphasizing the importance of strengthening industry cooperation and international exchanges in promoting global green and low-carbon transformation.
