Thermal management systems in new energy vehicles are crucial for safe battery and motor operation, as well as ensuring passenger comfort. This study focuses on enhancing passenger comfort, optimizing vehicle thermal management system performance, and minimizing energy usage in new energy vehicles. Initially, a one-dimensional vehicle thermal management model is developed using GT-SUITE, incorporating the air conditioning system, cooling circuit, power system, cooling module, and passenger cabin model. Secondly, an optimal control model is proposed based on temperature control requirements for various components. Lastly, comparative analysis shows that the optimization model enhances passenger comfort while maintaining battery and motor energy consumption within safe operational limits.

摘要
